Who am I?
👋 Hi, I’m Marina!
I’m a UX and Product Designer passionate about transforming complex problems into simple (and beautiful!) solutions. I specialize in designing experiences that make users say “Wow!” When I’m not immersed in pixels, I’m singing off-key (but with passion) or riding my bike. Let’s create something amazing together? 🚀
A bit about my journey
And it all started…
I began my design journey through music. While creating concert posters and demo tape covers for my band, I discovered my passion for the field. With college entrance exams approaching, my father guided me: “The program that does this is Industrial Design.”

I studied at Belas Artes, where I completed up to the fourth semester.
I was already having fun creating websites in programs like Hot Dog, and later migrated to Dreamweaver and Fireworks. Over time, I started interning and continued my studies in Graphic Design.

SEO, Semantics, Web Standards (W3C), Accessibility
After taking a Web Standards course, I learned about accessibility and semantics, which made me realize the importance of findability and the deep connection between design and users. Working as a front-end developer, I focused on semantics, accessibility, and SEO, always maintaining a designer’s eye to ensure the final quality of delivery, with pixel-perfect HTML as a standard of excellence.
Information Architecture and Usability
With my postgraduate degree in Information Architecture and Usability, I specialized in methodologies to integrate users into the design process. I worked as a front-end developer and information architect, developing navigation, organization, and product structure, ensuring a user-centered experience.

Startup Life
I participated in building products from the ground up, collaborating directly with the CEO during the ideation phase. My work ranged from creating features, wireframes, and tests to developing layouts and front-end. Always iterating and improving, I contributed to a continuous product development cycle.
UX Designer in the Corporate World
After so many startup experiences, I decided it was time to explore the environment of a large company. That’s when the opportunity arose to join Oi as a UX Designer. There, I worked on the self-service platform, Minha Oi, focusing on improvement projects for registration, login, and management of contracted plan benefits.

Deepening my Research Skills
I helped structure the UX Research team, organizing research processes and defining methodologies. This experience allowed me to deepen my knowledge in qualitative and quantitative research techniques.
